Yushine Jewelry - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Orders & Payments

• When you place an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order and process payment (for prepaid orders) or when we ship your order (for applicable payment methods).
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where required by law. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• For customized or made-to-order products, order modifications or cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy for Customized Products.

4. Product Information & Availability

• Jewelry containing natural materials (e.g., gemstones, metals) may have slight variations in appearance, as these are inherent to their natural properties. You acknowledge that received products may differ slightly from displayed images.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We will notify you promptly if a product you ordered is unavailable and offer a refund or alternative solution.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order is submitted. If we identify a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payments made.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, customs processing). We are not liable for delays in delivery.
